- Vacuum filter on icemakers.

- Caulk tub edge, shower base edge, and toilet bases as needed.
Bathrooms
- Function test all units.
- Vacuum all units.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors
- Test exterior, garage, kitchen, bathroom GFI circuits.
- Replace interior light bulbs, supplied by homeowner, where necessary.
Electrical
- Check for condition.
- Replace extinguisher, if necessary.
Fire Extinguisher
- Inspect chimney and check operation of damper.
- Clean hearth base and re-grout areas where needed.
Fireplace
- Inspect exterior surfaces for evidence of uninvited nests of insects.
Gutters, Eaves and Soffits
- Replace or clean filters.
Heating System
- Inspect carpet and notify homeowner if re-stretching is necessary.
Interior Floors
- Touch up all main hall walls in the home.
- Repair minor cracks and nail pops, including painting. (Does not include decorative painting)
Painting
- Flush out water heaters.
- Check temperature and relief valve on water heater.
Plumbing
- Function test all units.
- Vacuum all units.
